yeah with the new Sync app you can select what folder to sync on the PC/ MAC. you have the right thought process like right click download folder but not you can not download a entire folder nor upload and folder the only way to do it is the sync client or i think you can open the URL through the ribbon that will open a file explorer and allow you to drag and drop (but i have only ever done.
